Through 8 PM...additional rainfall amounts over western Colbert and Lauderdale counties up to one quarter of an inch is expected...while less than one tenth of an inch of rainfall is possible elsewhere. A few rumbles of thunder may accompany the heavier showers...especially close to the Alabama and Mississippi State border.
